Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

FREE shipping to worldwide (except some remote areas) !

Economy Shipping:
7-15 working days to US, 10-25 working days to Europe, 20-60 working days to other countries.

Expedited Shipping:
4-7 working days to US, 5-8 working days to Europe, 6-10 days to other countries (generally DHL).


ATTENTION:
We are not responsible for any customs duties (tariff).

Tips Precautions: 

1. Brazil customers: If you choose DHL, please tell us your tax ID, which is DHL's requirements, but we will follow you to fill in a declared value, don't worry.

2. Declaration: If you have a special requirement on the value declaration, please leave a message for us. If you don't, we will declare by default.

3. Custom Tax: Sellers are not responsible for any import tax, custom tax or custom delay.

If you are not okay with paying custom tax if unfortunately your parcel be held by customs, please do not place an order.

4. Courier remote fee Problem: When you choose express delivery such as: DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, EMS, etc., please enter your own courier company's website to confirm it, if your address in remote areas designated courier company, you need to pay an extra fee, or we will choose a cheaper way ship to you, because the shipping fee you have paid are not included additional charged. Please understand this especial situation.

Returns:

3 days unconditional returns:

Buyers have 3 days to return goods to us upon receipt for any reason.
In this case, buyers must confirm that items are in original condition and package, with all components and accessories included.
Generally shipping fee is paid by buyer.

Other returns:

Always remember to contact us at first. Usually we will solve thee problem within 48 hours.

1. Some items in the order are missing:
In this case, please show us the photo of the package delivered at first. We will ship the missing parts once we confirm it is true. But if you would like to return it, we will pay for the shipping fee.

2. Packages are damaged:
The same as above.

3. Items do not work:
In this case, please provide us the photo of details. For items within warranty period, once our technician confirms that the problem is caused by material defects, please send items back (by economic international shipping). We will pay for the shipping cost and send a replacement or refund to buyer according to your choice.
Warranty period: this is stated in item descriptions and varies according to items.
For items over warranty period, we will also provide technical supports if buyers contact us, but we shall not easily accept return or refund.
